Currency
All prices are displayed in GBP (Great Britain Pound). International currency prices are an indication only, based on the current exchange rate.
All items sold are subject to availability.
All offers are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. We do operate a 'back-order' system, and should a part be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be despatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Orders
We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.
Descriptions
All product descriptions are given in good faith. All claims of effect of fitting uprated/improved/modified/lowered parts are based on the assumption that the vehicle is currently in factory standard trim for a standard model ie, not already modified and not factory special.
Damaged Goods
All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection.
Return Procedures of Unwanted Goods
In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please return the goods to the shopkeeper and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you a first class service. All unwanted goods must be returned in appropriate protective packaging and in “as new” condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund the PayPal, packing and carriage costs incurred during the “sale” and “return” transactions.
Return Procedures of faulty goods
In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please email us for the appropriate return address with a description of the faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge less any money transfer charges or penalties incurred by the club.
Delivery Times
It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Delivery usually takes about 5 working days in the UK. However, please allow 28 days for delivery particularly when ordering items of clothing. The cost of delivery also includes cost of packing.
Application of VAT
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) regardless of their destination. Please note on International shipments that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Should you have any complaints please email us. We will handle any complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner within 5 working days. We will keep you informed about the progress and time-scale to resolve any dispute. As mentioned we would appreciate our customers thoughts and opinions of our website and customer service so we can improve any aspects of our company for the benefit of our customers.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of the goods and services you order, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and RX-8 Owners Club. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
